SYNQ Technologies Launches Private Beta of AI-Powered CRM and Business Management Platform for Entrepreneurs and Growing Businesses
NEW YORK, NY — June 8, 2026 — SYNQ Technologies today announced the launch of its private beta program, introducing an all-in-one CRM and business management platform designed to help entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses manage customer relationships, automate workflows, and streamline daily operations from a single dashboard.
Built in collaboration with entrepreneurs, service providers, and agency professionals, SYNQ was developed to address the operational challenges faced by growing businesses that often rely on multiple disconnected software platforms to manage customers, communications, projects, and reporting.
The platform's roadmap includes AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, customer engagement tools, and an integrated vendor marketplace designed to support business growth.
Since entering private beta, SYNQ has onboarded its first cohort of users and vendor partners, providing valuable feedback that is helping shape the platform's continued development and feature roadmap. The company is now opening a limited number of additional Founding Beta memberships — capped at 40 seats — to qualified businesses interested in helping shape the future of the platform.
"Entrepreneurs don't experience growth in departments — they experience it all at once," said Lamarra Rice, Founder of SYNQ Technologies. "They're managing customers, vendors, communications, projects, and reputation simultaneously. SYNQ was built to bring those moving pieces together in one place, helping business owners operate more efficiently while building stronger relationships with the people they serve."
"This private beta represents the first step toward creating a more connected ecosystem for growing businesses."
Founded by entrepreneur and public relations executive Lamarra Rice, SYNQ was created from firsthand experience managing client relationships, campaigns, operations, and business growth across multiple platforms. A single mother of two — born in the Bronx and raised in Bergenfield, New Jersey — Rice built SYNQ out of the need for a system that could balance the realities of family life while keeping clients in "synq." The result is a women-owned platform shaped by the lived experience of running a business while raising a family.
Approved Founding Beta members currently receive complimentary access to the platform during the beta period (through December 31, 2026), along with priority onboarding support, early feature access, and opportunities to provide direct feedback to the development team.
Applications for the remaining Founding Beta memberships are now being accepted. Interested businesses can learn more and apply at gosynqtech.com/beta.
