Legacy Founder — Full Offer

There was a period of time when SynQ was not a company, not a platform, and not a business. It was simply an idea.

This invitation exists because people connected to the earliest chapters of a journey should not be forgotten if that journey becomes successful. It cannot be purchased. It is personally extended and limited in quantity.

Legacy Founder status recognizes individuals who were identified by the founder as being connected to the formation period of SynQ before the company reached public scale.

What a Legacy Seat includes

  • Early access to future founder programs and initiatives
  • Access to select founder communications and updates
  • A permanent Legacy Founder designation within the SynQ ecosystem
  • Eligibility for enhanced referral rewards
  • Eligibility for future Founder Appreciation distributions if certain company milestones are achieved

This invitation does not represent stock ownership, voting rights, employment, partnership, or traditional equity. It represents recognition, participation, and the opportunity to share in a limited portion of future success if SynQ reaches significant long-term milestones.

Legacy Referral Program

Once activated, you'll receive a unique referral code in your Legacy Founder dashboard. Every paying customer who signs up with your code earns you a 12% lifetime recurring commission for as long as they remain a paying subscriber.

Founder Appreciation Program

A non-equity recognition program activated only after specific company milestones (including a $15M+ valuation and sustained profitability).

  • Lifetime cap of $100,000 per Legacy Founder
  • Payouts are admin-approved and tracked transparently in your dashboard
  • Once your cap is reached, your seat is marked fulfilled — recognition and access remain forever

Recognition, access, and early-release benefits are guaranteed regardless of financial triggers. The Appreciation Program is symbolic first and economic second.

Board of Directors pathway (optional, not guaranteed)

When SYNQ forms a formal Board of Directors, Legacy Founders in good standing will be the first group invited to apply. Unlike the Legacy seat itself, Board appointment is not guaranteed — applications are reviewed against the skills and experience the company needs at that stage. Board members are compensated separately under a Board Compensation Policy and independent of the Appreciation Program.

How to claim

  • You'll be notified the moment doors open to Legacy Founders
  • Activation deadline: 60 days from code issuance. Unactivated seats may be forfeited and re-offered
  • After activation, publish a short founder announcement post and submit the link for admin verification

Final terms are governed by the Legacy Founder agreement provided by SYNQ Technologies LLC. Recognition is the primary value of a Legacy Seat; the appreciation pool is conditional and capped by design so it never compromises SYNQ's growth, fundraising, or team.
